Choose from four different options:

Personal PO Box
Choose a standard PO box if you are a personal customer who wants items addressed to your PO box delivered to your PO box. Items addressed to your home address will continue to be delivered to your home address by our delivery staff.

Personal Plus PO Box
Choose "Personal plus PO Box" to have all your items delivered to your PO box, whether they are addressed to your home address or to your PO box.

Our options "Personal PO Box" and "Personal Plus PO Box" are available for natural persons and for personal use only.

Business PO Box
Choose a standard PO box if you are a business customer who wants items addressed to your PO box delivered to your PO box. Items addressed to your business address will continue to be delivered to your business address by our delivery staff.

Business Plus PO Box
Choose "Business plus PO Box" to have all your items delivered to your PO Box, whether they are addressed to your business address or to your PO box.

• Safety:
  Nobody but you will have access to your PO box! Only items shipped by Austrian Post will be delivered to your PO box, where they will be safely stored.
• Flexibility: Collect your mail whenever you want. There will be no more need to get your mail every day.
• Privacy: Mail sorting is available.
  You may, for example, want to choose to have your business mail sent to your PO box, but receive your private mail at home. This is a convenient way of keeping those "little secrets".
• Prompt delivery: Your mail will be handled as a priority and will be deposited into your PO box right after receipt at the postal branch.
• Easy setup: Having your own PO box is an especially good option for businesses organizing prize draws etc. PO boxes ensure that reply mail to prize draws etc. does not get mixed up with important business mail items.

SPECIAL OFFER FOR PREPAID PO BOXES (1 to 3 years): 1 to 5 MONTHS FREE:*

• 1 year: prepay 11 months + get 1 month free
• 2 years: prepay 21 months + get 3 months free
• 3 years: prepay 31 months + get 5 months free

Monthly rates
Monthly rates for PO boxes as defined by Austrian Post in its General Terms and Conditions for Domestic Letter Mail, effective 18 January 2010, apply.
