If you are not home when we try to deliver your item, we will leave a delivery notification in your mailbox.
On this delivery notification, you will find the following information:
- The name of the postal branch where you can collect your item,
- the address and opening hours of that postal branch,
- sender and weight of the item (if applicable, the COD amount) and
- the earliest pick-up time.
Please bring this delivery notification and a picture ID when you come to the postal office to collect your item.
