Redirections

When moving

If you want to receive your parcels / EMS items at a different address, just set up a redirection and we will take care of the rest. Set up a redirection at your postal branch and all parcels / EMS will be forwarded to your new address without delay. Redirections may also be extended to include family members living at the same address. You are free to determine how long you want to use this service.

However, the minimum contract period that will be charged for is always three months. As a matter of course, you have the option of choosing a shorter period of time, but the cost is the same. Please keep in mind that setting up a redirection takes a few days.

When on vacation

If you want to receive your parcels / EMS items while on vacation, just set up a redirection and we will take care of the rest. Set up a redirection at your postal branch and all parcels / EMS will be forwarded to your new address without delay. Redirections may also be extended to include family members living at the same address. emporary redirections to holiday destinations are available for up to 30 days. Please keep in mind that setting up a redirection takes a few days.
